WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"The real deal"  for coaches looking to grow their skillsets exponentially

The best part was working with a fast-paced team from a large client organization while I was coached by a Sprinthero

After three days in 'The Arena', I felt I could manage any challenging team coaching situation

Objectives

To offer the participants the best and most realistic immersive, practical training in delivering the role of an ExO Coach. The participants will be working in a virtual training environment allowing for making mistakes and trying out multiple coaching scenarios in real-time interventions.

To prepare the participants for future roles as ExO Coach, either leading their own Sprints or joining the Sprinthero Coach Team and participate in coming ExO Sprints.

To always expose the participants to real-life business challenges and to the work culture and conditions of organizations going through the 10-week ExO Transformation Sprint.

All training Missions are in sync, happening in parallel with a real Sprinthero ExO Sprint being delivered. Participants will get to interact with the ExO Coaches in the Sprint as well as observe first-hand the coaching sessions

What is the location?

This program is entirely virtual, no in-person attendance is involved.
